AMEX - OUTRAGEOUS SERVICE BRAND CAMPAIGN
As part of the global brand campaign, we highlighted how the service from American Express goes ‘above and beyond’ for its customers.
We used unique card member stories to showcase the level of service American Express will go to (these online videos were part of a larger campaign, including TV).
As part of this campaign, we also created other scenarios to highlight their exceptional service.

These billboards provide a service for people at a time when they really need it. (Bottled water at gigs, blankets at Proms in the Park, and shopping bags on Oxford Street)
