  • New business - won my fair share of pitches including Ogilvy’s first ever all social account. 

  • Art direction - overseeing the creative on film shoots (TV, online etc), photo shoots, radio/sound recordings, editing, design, motion and animation... 

  • Mentor - I have mentored many young creatives. Some through student schemes, some through visiting universities, some through the YCN and others just from word of mouth.

  • As a small/mid agency we were thrown in at the deep end. This helped our progression from junior to mid-weight team, as we were given so many more opportunities to work on projects than most other junior teams would have at this stage of their careers.
